About the application
The following is an application for consideration for the Montgomery County Fair in Gaithersburg, Md. running from August 8th-16th, 2025. This application does not guarantee you a location at the Fair. The MCAF is a 9 day Fair, please make sure you can attend your booth for ALL 9 days within the hours that will be required.
All applications for consideration will be reviewed by the Commercial Space Committee and you will be notified through this platform beginning in April if you have been accepted.
Please fill out this form in it's entirety. If this form isn't filled out entirely you will not move forward in the application process.

- I acknowledge that the MCAF is 9 days long and I will be required to staff my booth that entire time
