About the application
Welcome to the Apple BBQ Festival attended by over 25,000 visitors annually. We have a limited number of booths available to showcase local non-profit organizations. Non-profit booths exhibition is for Saturday only, during the craft show. After you submit an application, our team will review the details and you will be notified if your organization has been selected to participate in the festival. There is no charge for qualified non-profits to attend. Booth placement will be assigned by the festival.

Terms & Conditions
BOOTH FEES & INFORMATION: Booths spaces are 12’x12’ located on a closed road in front of the festival. All non-profit booths are located closest to the roundabout. Tents and tables are not provided. Only one vendor is permitted per booth. Booth fees are free for qualified non-profits. You will be assigned a booth prior to the festival and notified via email. Weights to secure your tents and belongings are strongly encouraged.
ACCEPTANCE:
The festival will accept non-profit vendors until the limited number of booths are full. You will be notified of your status after the committee has reviewed your application. If you applied electronically, you may look up the status of your application(s) online. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance email. Prior to the festival, you will receive an email with booth location confirmation, set-up information, and day-of event details.
SETUP & TEAR DOWN:
Vehicles may not be parked in the craft show area after setup ends at 9AM. Parking is available for you behind Golden Township Park, we will provide you with a parking pass and directions (more information to follow). You will be assigned a designated time for setup Saturday between 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Craft show hours are: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You must agree to be in place with items for sale during these hours. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN OF BOOTHS (PRIOR TO 5 PM) ON SATURDAY. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE STREET BEGINNING PROMPTLY AT 5PM.
