Located in Historic Downtown Warrenton the festival will take place around Courthouse Square, down South Norwood Street towards the park, and host main entertainment on the site of the old school next to City Hall. Exhibitors must furnish own electricity, water, benches, counters, chairs, protections against the sun and weather, and any other supplies needed. Entry fees are due with application form. First come, first serve. ALL Food & Carnival vendors must have Proof of Commercial Liability Insurance. There is a limit of spaces for food. First Come-First Served. No refunds. Rain or shine. No water or electricity provided. Bring your own generator. Insurance is required for all rides or food vendors.
