About the event

Join us for a day of love, celebration, organizing, and community at Eugene Springfield PRIDE 2025! This year’s festival takes place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Lane Events Center from 11am-7pm, where we’ll come together to honor and uplift the LGBTQ2SIA+ community. Expect an exciting day filled with live entertainment, local vendors, delicious food, a community resource fair, and fun activities for all ages. Whether you’re here to celebrate, connect, or show your support, there’s something for everyone at PRIDE! We believe PRIDE is for everyone, which is why entrance tickets are offered on a sliding scale of $1, $2, $5, or $10. An entry scholarship will be available, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. We want everyone to feel welcome and included in this special celebration. Your participation helps support Eugene PRIDE and our initiatives, including scholarships for LGBTQ2SIA+ students and programs that empower and uplift our community.

1. Accuracy of Information

By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and

complete.

2. Compliance with Rules

If accepted, you agree to follow all festival guidelines, including any directions provided by event

coordinators. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund (if

applicable).

3. Adherence to Laws and Regulations

You acknowledge that you must abide by all local, county, and state regulations, as well as the

festival’s Code of Conduct and Non-Discrimination Policy.

4. Liability

The festival organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by applicants or

participants. You accept full responsibility for your property and personnel.

5. Right of Refusal

The festival coordinators reserve the right to accept or refuse applications at their discretion. If

your application is declined, you will be notified promptly.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, public health restrictions), the

festival coordinators may modify, postpone, or cancel the event. No liability shall be assumed by

the organizers for any resulting losses.

10x10 Space	$300.00	Non-refundable	Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Comes with 8 foot table and 2 chairs.
10x20 Space	$400.00	Non-refundable	Double space is 20 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Comes with 8 foot table and 2 chairs.
Electrical Outlet	$65.00	Non-refundable	Space placement adjacent to one standard electrical outlet.
Extra Table	$15.00	Non-refundable	An extra 8 foot table placed in your space.
Extra Chair	$4.00	Non-refundable	An extra chair placed in your space.
Black Table Linen	$6.00	Non-refundable	A black table linen left in your space, sized to fit an 8 foot table.
Pipe & Drape Single	$50.00	Non-refundable	An 8 foot tall backdrop across the rear and two 30 inch tall side drapes to surround your space on 3 sides.
