Conyers Taste of Spring Live Performer Application

This application is for any live performer wishing to showcase their talents at the Conyers Taste of Spring Festival on Saturday May 3, 2025.

All applications must include a link to a website, Social Media Channel, or online video that demonstrates at least three songs being performed.

A jury will review all completed applications and applicants will be notified by email no later than April 4th.

The City of Conyers reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.  

An approved application is a commitment to show.  The festival will take place rain or shine. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or inclement weather, the show may be canceled at the discretion of the city.

1.  The stage area will be set up with a sound system and engineers to help.  Please bring your own instruments and amplifiers.  There will be someone on hand to ensure a trouble-free performance.

2. Please be aware that all applicants will be juried.  This selection process is necessary due to the amount of applications received.  As a result of the jury process, the Conyers Taste of Spring Festival does not guarantee acceptance to those who have participated in previous festivals.  

3.  Bands or individual performers must supply a link, CD, DVD, or flash drive, of their music or performance with the application. Samples can be emailed to: the Event Coordinator jill.minnoia@cityofconyers.gov. or hand delivered to the Conyers Welcome Center at 901 Railroad St. Monday - Friday 9am -4pm.

All participants must sign the release statement in order for the application to be accepted.

4.  The Taste of Spring Festival reserves the right to reject any organization whose presentation, goals, or objectives may be offensive and not in the best interest of the community.

5. The APPLICATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 31, 2025.

6.  An entertainer failing to meet all of the requirements and regulations may be asked to leave the festival area or will be disqualified.  

7. RELEASE AGREEMENT I do hereby release the City of Conyers, Rockdale County and all their agents or assigns of any liability in conjunction with the 2025 Taste of Spring Festival. I accept full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or damage to property that may occur as a result of my business or organization’s participation in this event.
