Artist and Craft Application (Without Electricity)

By submitting an application, the artist warrants acceptance of these terms and conditions, and willingness to abide by the policies. The artist will be solely responsible for any injuries to any person and all damages to or loss of property which results or arises out of artist’s use of the facilities or grounds and agrees to hold harmless the City of Lago Vista, and Lago Vista Property Owners Association (hereinafter “Lago Fest"). This includes any costs, liability or expenses arising out of claims of any person or entity due to the use or misuse of the facilities by the vendor. Lago Fest is not liable for loss or damage to the artist’s property. No refunds will be given in the case of inclement weather.

By submitting a LAGO FEST ARTS artist application, you are confirming that you have read and agree to all terms, conditions, rules, and regulations as outlined in the Lago Fest artist event information. Applications that are incomplete or do not adhere to artwork and booth display rules and regulations will not be accepted. Deadline to apply is APRIL 3, 2025. Notifications of acceptance status will be sent out no later than April 07, 2025.This is an electronic agreement and by submitting the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
