About the registration
The food for the event must fit the theme. Hot dogs, cotton candy, and other "carnival" foods will not be approved.
Spaces are measured in frontage & depth. Please include trailer hitches and any stairs or extensions in your measurements.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Food vendors are required to be self-contained and have quiet inverters/generators. The venue has limited power, and a $120 fee applies for using it. Additionally, the vendor must supply its own spider box and hook-up cables.
Deposit fees are charged at the time of application and are non-refundable upon acceptance. The balance of payments will be charged upon approval, so please be sure that funds are available in your account. If the charge is rejected, you risk approval for the event and the loss of your deposit.
