Hello Lane County Fair Vendors!
We’re excited to announce the 2025 Lane County Fair, running from July 23–27! This year, we’re introducing a new registration platform, Eventeny, designed to streamline the process and make setup more efficient. PRICING:
Booths are sold in 10'x10' spaces. You can get spaces that are 10'x20'.. If you do a line and corner space, the total would be $1,400.
- In-Line booth is $600
- Corner booth is $800
- Tent per 10' section including walls is $50 (if you get a 10'x20' it would be $100)

Terms & Conditions
REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO PICKING UP YOUR FAIR PACKET:
- Fair packets will be available at the Lane County Fair Business Office starting Monday, July 14, 2025.
- Please note that Vendor Packets WILL NOT BE RELEASED until the following requirements are met:
- Certificate of Insurance
- Additional Insured Documentation
- Full Payment Received
- Signed Contract
Insurance Requirements: (See attached for more details)
- COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY WITH ADDITIONAL INSURED STATUS shall include:
- CERTIFICATE HOLDER: Lane County Fair Board, Lane County, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers, c/o
- $1,000,000.00 per occurrence / $2,000,000.00 aggregate
- Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability
- Lane County, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers are name as additional insured with respect to Provider's activities being performed under the Contract. The additional insured must be named as an additional insured by separate endorsement. the policy must be endorsed to show cancellation notices to the Lane County department who originated the contract, and the Endorsement must be attached to the COI.
- Insurance MUST BE SUBMITTED by no later that June 22, 2025
Payment Due Date:
- To secure your booth space, your non-refundable payment must be made by Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Invoices will be issued following the reclaim received.
Payment Options:
Once you receive your invoice for booth space, you can choose from the following payment methods:
- Online Payment: Pay directly online using a credit or debit card. (A 5.9% convenience fee applies to all card transactions)
- Checks: Drop off or mail checks to the Lane County Fair Business Office at
- 796 W. 13th. Ave., Eugene, OR. 97402
Contract:
Once payment has been received, your contract will be emailed to you. Contracts must be SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of the agreement.
