Eligibility:
Vendors must meet the basic requirements set by HB productions LLC to be included in the Master Vendor List. This may include, but is not limited to, valid business licenses, insurance, and other relevant certifications.

NO ALCOHOL SALES OR SAMPLES ARE ALLOWED ON THIS FORM. If you are a company that would like to sell/sample alcohol send inquiry to Trevor@hbproductionsllc.com for information regarding your booth options.

Registration Process:
Vendors must complete the sign-up process by providing accurate and up-to-date information. Any false or incomplete information may result in disqualification.

Opportunity Availability:
Inclusion in the Master Vendor List does not guarantee a specific volume of work or project offers. Opportunities will be provided based on business needs, project requirements, and vendor qualifications.

Pricing and Payment Terms:
Vendors must agree to the pricing and payment terms as outlined in individual project agreements. Payment will be made upon submission of Application, as per the mutually agreed schedule.

Performance Standards:
Vendors are expected to maintain high standards of quality, timeliness, and professionalism in all services provided. Failure to meet these standards may result in removal from the Master Vendor List.

Compliance with Laws:
Vendors agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including regulations concerning labor, safety, and the environment.

Termination:
HB productions LLC reserves the right to remove any vendor from the Master Vendor List at any time without prior notice, for reasons such as non-compliance, unsatisfactory performance, or breach of contract.

Amendments:
HB productions LLC may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.

Liability:
HB productions LLC will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the course of vendor work unless caused by our direct negligence.
