About the application

Be a part of our Spring event at the Florida State Fairgrounds with over 20,000 sq ft of awesome stuff!  We limit certain items like Pokemon and Funko at our events so please include pictures and a detailed list of items you plan to bring to the event. You space includes:Table, Chairs, and space behind your table Setup Times: Friday: 2pm. Saturday: 6:30am, Sunday: 8am  

About the event

Florida Collector Extravaganza is NOW: Tampa Bay Collectorfest! We are Back in Tampa for Spring 2025! New vendors = New Inventory! 150+ Tables of TOYS, COMICS, DIECAST, ARTISTS, AND MORE! TONS of POP CULTURE GOODNESS! 2 DAY SHOW! Saturday April 26th: 9am-4pm Sunday April 27th: 9am-4pm KIDS under 12 are still FREE + Free Hot Wheels Tickets: Saturday: $15 (all day) Sunday: $10 (all day) Parking: There is a cost for parking at the Fairgrounds 🙁 ($10 per day) Some of the TOYS We will have: All toy lines covered from vintage to modern. Hot Wheels, GI-JOE, Godzilla, Star Wars, Transformers, Ghostbusters, Mego, Wrestling Action Figures, Funko Pop figures, Nightmare Before Christmas, Horror & Monster Figures, and tons more! Plus! we will have Girl marketed toys like My Little Pony, Fisher Price, Barbie, and Strawberry Shortcake these are all here too. Hot Wheels, Diecast & Slot Cars! We will have tons of Hot Wheels, Matchbox including vintage redlines, modern cars, slot car tracks (new and vintage), plus a full selection of cars both packaged and loose from Tyco, AFX, Aurora, and others. Retro Gaming: You can expect to see vendors with vintage and modern Atari, Nintendo, Sony Playstation, Sega Genesis and more. We have a great mix of vendors bringing retro games. Comics & Artists: We have several comic specific vendors that we have added to the show... plus we will have comic artists on-site doing live art and showing off their unique talents. Tons & Tons of stuff... over 20,000 sq feet of awesome items. 150+ tables

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions: Reservation of Tables:  Your table is reserved once you are approved and paid. Refunds & Cancellations:  You can cancel up to 14 days out from the show and still receive a refund.  We do not provide refunds within 14 days of the show. Arrival Times / Table Forfeit:  Your space is subject to forfeit if you do not show up to the event within 30 minutes of the show opening.  Vendor Closing Expectations:  Vendors are expected to be setup for the ENTIRE event. (Both Days).  Vendors can pack-up within 30 min of show closing on Sunday. Please do not apply if you cannot setup both days OR contact us first so we can make special arrangements.

End Cap Aisle Booth - 12x10 SOLD OUT Non-refundable End cap of 3 tables and large space. You will have aisles on both sides of your tables, your space wraps the end of an aisle.
Wall Table (8ft w/ 2 chairs) SOLD OUT Non-refundable
Corner Table (End of Aisle) SOLD OUT Non-refundable This table is at the end of an aisle giving you a little extra side room next to you.
