About the application

This application is for placement of an advertisement in the event program. The options are a business card size advertisement (2 inches high by 2 inches wide), quarter page (approximately 4 inches high by 2 inches wide),  half page advertisement (approximately 4 inches high by 5 inches wide) or full page advertisement (approximately 8 inches high by 5 inches wide).

About the event

In celebration of Black History Month, AACAF will be hosting a community celebration at the Lawrenceville Art Center where our students and school arts programs will have an opportunity to showcase to the community at large their creativity and artistry around the theme of Black history, culture and arts.

Vendor must provide a PNG or JPG image of the advertisement they would like to have placed in the event program. Submissions will not be proofed.  Vendor is solely responsible for the content and formatting of their submission.

Prices

Business Card Advertisement $25.00 Non-refundable We will be contacting you for submission of your business card image.
Quarter Page Advedrtisement $50.00 Non-refundable This application is for a quarter page advertisement in our event program (approximately 4 inches high by 2.5 inches wide). We will be contacting you for submission of your advertisement image.
Half Page Advedrtisement $75.00 Non-refundable This application is for a full page advertisement in our event program (approximately 4 inches high by 5 inches wide). We will be contacting you for submission of your advertisement image.
Full Page Advedrtisement $100.00 Non-refundable This application is for a full page advertisement in our event program (approximately 8 inches high by 5 inches wide). We will be contacting you for submission of your advertisement image.
