MERCHANDISE & CRAFT VENDOR APPLICATION - 2025 World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest

Thank you for your interest in vending at the 2025 Memphis in May International Festival. Our 47th edition of the famed World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest will be held in Liberty Park in Midtown Memphis on May 14th - 17th, 2025.

The World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest is the celebration of Memphis’ claim as the Barbecue Capital of the World. More than 150 competition teams from across the country and around the world compete for over $189,000 in prize money.  Expected attendance for this four-day event is approximately 35,000-45,000+.

Detailed below you will find preliminary merchandise vendor requirements for participation. Please read the information carefully before submitting an application. Memphis in May will issue invitations and contracts based on the information provided in the application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applications may be submitted by US Mail, e-mail to mim@memphisinmay.org, or electronically.

The deadline for merchandise & craft vendor applications is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2025. Selected vendors will be notified via email on March 7, 2025. Signed contracts with full payment are due April 11, 2025.
