About the application
Our fellow nonprofit organizations have a place at Whidbey Ren Faire. Sharing resources and information about programs and services that help families and individuals is just as important as having the marketplace! If you are a nonprofit organization looking to share information about your services only, and not makes sales, you may apply here for a booth space at Whidbey Ren Faire. Spaces are limited to 10’x10’. Larger spaces will be considered for those who are offering services to our patrons that require additional space such as an activity or game. Approval applies to this event only.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
This application closes May 1, 2025. We will be reviewing these applications for relevance to our patrons. The number of applicants we accept will be based upon space remaining at the venue. All participants must decorate their booths to be on theme (renaissance, medieval, or fantasy) and be in costume during event hours at all times.
Educational Enrichment Partner opportunities are reserved for those who merely want to advertise their products or services as nonprofit organizations within our faire. If you plan to sell products or services (not by donation only) then you will need to apply as a vendor. If you represent a federal government or civic service department, you are welcome to apply as a sponsor, volunteers, or as a vendor if you have wares to sell

- Educational enrichment partners may only collect donations for products or services rendered at the faire. Do you understand and agree that you will not charge patrons for your services/products?

- If you require more space, please provide a blueprint of your layout requested with clearly labeled and legible dimensions.
- If you are selected as a partner, our expectation is that you will do all you can to support WRF25 and the organization to achieve the most visibility for both of our organizations. This kind of support looks like the following but is not limited to: liking and sharing our posts on social media to your personal audiences and groups you belong to, sending invitations to your audience, forwarding relevant emails from WRF to those who may have a vested interest in supporting our event, sharing our flyers in appropriate locations, and word of mouth. Do you understand and agree to these marketing strategies and efforts?
