PLEASE NOTE: Entertainment at the Greensboro Pride Festival is voluntary. A gratuity will be provided by IMPAQT GSO and you are allowed to accept tips, which are yours to keep. Individual performances should run no more than five minutes.

Please note that your performance will take place on the Entertainer Stage, which is located in a highly visible and highly attended area within the festival footprint. This is not the main stage, but it offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with a large and enthusiastic audience. Music and a PA system will be provided, but all other equipment is the responsibility of the performer.

Unfortunately, due to setup restrictions, we are not able to accept applications from DJs.

As part of the planning process, we kindly ask that your music selections be submitted no later than two weeks before the festival. Additionally, you will receive further instructions from our Festival Entertainment Coordinator in August 2025

All music and performances must adhere to a family-friendly standard equivalent to PG-13. IMPAQT GSO organizers retain the absolute authority to halt any performances that fail to meet this criteria.
