Stony Brook Valentine's Day 2/8-2/9
About the application
CANDLE, CROCHET, TUMBLER, AND WREATH CATEGORIES ARE FILLED.This is a 2 day show February 8th and 9th with all booths for rent for both days, no 1 day rentals. Booths are mostly 6' wide and approximately 5' deep. Some 10'X10' booths are offered. No exclusivity for jewelry or candy categories. Handmade items, unique gifts, and artisanal packaged foods are preferred. Also looking for Valentine's, St. Patrick's Day, and Easter decor. Approximately 100 booths in 3 rooms/ galleries. Hours are 10-6 on Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday. Setup will start at 7 am. Tables must be covered to the floor and merchandise and displays within the allotted space. The loading area is limited so we ask vendors to quickly unload and park in the lot before setting up.
Crafter Artist booths must be 50% or more handmade merchandise. No weapons, drug paraphernalia, fireworks, political merchandise.

Event is rain or shine and no refunds. Venue or promoter not responsible for damages or theft. Please take any valuables out of premises overnight. Displays can be left and covered Saturday evening. No weapons, drug paraphernalia, profane, political merchandise.
Please bring portable lights as some areas can be dim.
