The Fair Oaks Community Garage Sale will take place on October 2, 2021 from 8AM-1PM at Fair Oaks Park. The fee to reserve a booth space is $17.50**. Profits generated from this event are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for lack of generated profits or low event attendance. Booth spaces will be chosen ONLINE upon completion of your application via the event map. If you are interested in purchasing additional booth spaces, you must complete a separate application. Please note that because spaces are first come first serve, you will not be guaranteed to get a booth space next to your previously purchased space(s). Gates will open at 5:00AM. Sellers will only be able to unload from 5:00AM until 7:20AM in the event area. All seller's vehicles must be moved out of the event area by 7:30AM. No vehicles will be allowed within the event area until staff give the all clear, tentatively at 1:15PM. Under no circumstances should sellers park in designated fire lanes, across multiple parking spaces or in a manner that block the entrance or exits. Fulton-El Camino Police department will be ticketing. We ask that all sellers please provide hand sanitizer for your booth space. Advertisements will be published on event websites, as well as promotion in our Activity Guide. The Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District will also be advertising on our electronic marquee, in an email blast to community members, and social media outreach. Additional details and information will be provided upon acceptance and payment of your application. **A Service Fee will be added upon submission and payment of application.
