About the application

Be a vendor at our next Star Wars / GIJoe focused event in Orlando.  The space has a total of 30 tables ALL 8ft tables.  You would have 3/4ft behind you depending your space for shelving, etc.  Included:1 Table, 2 Chairs, 2 Vendor Wristbands,  Vendor Parking

 

Load-in / Setup: Done the day of the show starting at 7am. Show opens at 9am Tear-down / Pack-up: You can begin pack-up / tear down 30 min prior to closing if you choose to do so.  We sell tickets at the door until 3:30pm for this event. If you choose to tear down earlier then 3:30pm you will not be considered for a future Florida Toy Shows event.

Florida Toy Shows presents: Our Semi-Annual Star Wars & GiJoe event. This is a smaller show with 40 tables total with a mixture of Star Wars & GiJoe toys. Show Date: Sunday, Mar 30th 2025 TOYS, COMICS, DIE-CAST, POPS & MORE! Admission: $5 All Day Free Parking

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Refunds:  You can cancel and get a refund more then 14 days out from the show.  Within 14 days no refunds are given. (Some special circumstances do apply where we give discounts or credits so please ask prior to cancelling if this comes up) You need to arrive 30 min prior to the opening of the show otherwise your table may be forfeited as a cancellation.

Wall Table SOLD OUT Non-refundable This is a table space with a wall behind you. No other vendors will be directly behind you.
Aisle Table Space $75.00 Non-refundable This is an aisle basic table. You will most likely have another vendor behind you on the other side of the aisle.
