About the application
Welcome to ShudderCon! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
All Booths include Exhibitor Badges *(quantity varies by booth size) which gains access to every event at ShudderCon including an hour early entry into the Exhibitor Hall. We are hoping to also plan external ShudderCon Events and your badges will allow entry into those events also.
If your company has special needs or space - please feel free to contact us as our team will try our best to accommodate all exhibitors.
The area has more than 1,000 FREE parking spaces available for most events and an overflow lot that serves as an RV facility for RV rallies.
Setup is from 7am - 5:00pm Friday May 9th and 7am - 8:30 am Saturday. Show will promptly open at 9:00am for early entry and 10am to other attendees. **Any load in after 4:30pm on Friday May 9th will be charged $75 per hour but we will accommodate any Exhibitors willing to pay the extra fee for setup.
