About the registration
Thank you for your interest in the Downtown Edmond Arts Festival! The festival, scheduled for May 2-3-4, 2025, is in its 47th year. It draws 75,000 people from across Oklahoma. Over the course of three days, guests can visit 135 artists, hear entertainment on five music stages and enjoy all categories of food and beverages. We love our artists too! You'll receive a swag bag with coupons from local merchants when you check in plus we bring water and snacks by your tent throughout the event. The work of the featured artist is showcased on posters, ads and billboards, and receives a free single booth. Show-wide, not by category, there will be a $500 award for First Place, $350 for Second Place and $150 for Third Place. When you register, you must input payment information, but you have an option to mail in a check, or pay online at a future date, usually around March 1. No charge will be made upon application.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
This is a juried fine art show, submitting an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance into the show. All art must be personally produced by the artist. No manufactured, mass-produced or resale items will be allowed. We do not accept ceramic molds, clocks, sunglasses, sun visors, caps, baskets, painted shirts or jackets, purses or bags, wreaths, wood yard signs and decorations, novelty items or anything commercially produced. We also do not accept hand sewn clothing or craft items. Artist named in the application must be present in the booth or on the grounds during the entire duration of the show. No agents or third party vendors will be allowed. Artists may not share a booth. There are no rain dates for this show. In case of inclement weather it is up to the individual artist to decide whether or not to set up. There will be no refunds of entry fees due to weather. No refunds will be given for entries withdrawing from the show after April 1. I agree to release the Downtown Edmond Business Association (DEBA), its members, employees, officers and directors, the Downtown Edmond Arts Festival and its directors, volunteers, sponsors and the City of Edmond from any liability, any claims for damages or loss to my personal belongings, artwork or display or injury to me or participants arising in connection with participation in this event.
