ShopFest Utah 2025 (the "Event") is organized by the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce and will take place on September 6, 2025 at Cory Wride Memorial Park in Eagle Mountain, Utah. The Event is designed to promote local businesses and offer a diverse range of products to attendees. Product vendors wishing to participate in the Event must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Have a product to sell or showcase that complies with all local and state regulations.Provide proof of liability insurance coverage, if applicable.
Product vendors interested in participating in the Event must complete the official application form provided by the Event Organizer. The Event Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject applications at their discretion.
Product vendors must provide detailed information about the products they intend to sell or showcase during the Event.
The Event Organizer may review and approve the product offerings to ensure they align with the overall event theme and standards.
Product vendors are responsible for setting up and maintaining their booths in a clean and organized manner.
Booth setup and operation must comply with all event guidelines and local regulations.
All products must be displayed safely and securely to prevent damage or injury.
Product vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits required to sell or showcase their products at the Event.
Proof of valid permits must be provided to the Event Organizer upon request. Product vendors may be required to maintain liability insurance depending on the nature of their products.
Product vendors must hold harmless and indemnify ShopFest Utah 2025 and the Event Organizer against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation.
Product vendors are responsible for all financial transactions, including any applicable sales taxes.
Product vendors must issue sales receipts or invoices as requested by customers.
Product vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in ShopFest Utah 2025 through their own marketing channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters. The Event Organizer may also promote participating product vendors through Event marketing materials.
In the event that a product vendor needs to cancel their participation, refunds are as follows:
Cancellation 60+ days before the event (by July 7, 2025): Full Refund, minus fees. Cancellation 30-60 days before the event (by July 8 - August 7, 2025): 50% Refund, minus fees. Cancellation within 30 days of the event (after August 7, 2025): NO REFUND.
The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and product vendors will be notified of any changes.
The Event Organizer reserves the right to terminate the participation of any product vendor that fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to the Event. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
By participating in ShopFest Utah 2025, product vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

- Equipment and Weight Requirement: I understand and agree that I must have a minimum of 25 lbs of weight per leg on my canopy to ensure stability during the event. Failure to comply will result in a $25 charge on the day of the event to rent weights. I acknowledge that I am purchasing a booth space only and must provide all necessary equipment and supplies for the day, including but not limited to a canopy, chairs, tables, and any other required supplies.
- Acknowledgement of Membership Discount Terms: I understand that if I am a current member of the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce, I am entitled to a $50 discount on my first booth for the ShopFest Utah event. To maintain eligibility for this discount, I must have an active membership with the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce on the day of the ShopFest Utah event, which is September 6, 2025. If my membership with the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce expires before the ShopFest Utah event, and I do not renew it, I acknowledge that I will be charged the full amount, without the discount, on the morning of ShopFest Utah.
