Not-For-Profit 10' X 10' Booth Space on Lawn

This application is for a free 10' X 10' booth space on the Shelby County Fairgrounds front lawn.  Please email your 501C3 certificate to info@artsparkproductions.com in order to be approved.  

PLEASE NOTE! Be sure to read the entire terms and conditions as there are a lot of details about the event.  

ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS                             Updated 12/18/22  By submitting your application, you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.                 

Your space is only reserved once you are approved. Please only submit close up pictures of your organization and your 501c3 certificate to be approved.    

Organizations will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights. 

Please keep your items within your booth space.

 Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am. No music allowed except approved by show management.

When submitting your application, please notate that you will need electricity. We will do our best to accommodate your electric needs.  
Generators are allowed with prior approval. T

rash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.

By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
