Prepackaged Food Vendor Application

If you are interested in being at the 2025 Spokane Renaissance Faire please fill out our application below.

** All food must be prepared off-site and sold in sealed containers. **

All applications will be waitlisted until we receive the vendor documentation that will be sent to you after you have applied. Payment for vending space will process as your application is approved. 

Terms and conditions will be provided in full after we receive your application as part of your vendor packet. 

Please find an abbreviated list of the rules below.

 Vendors' Booths must appear to be from the appropriate time period.

 Food Vendor Trailers/Booths are strongly encouraged to appear to be from the appropriate time period, within reason.

Spokane Entertainers Guild reserves the right to determine what is appropriate to the time period.
All vendors must be ready to open for business at 9:00 am.

Parking is only allowed in designated areas.

Vehicles may not enter or leave the designated town space during hours of operation of
    the event

Vendors must have and present all appropriate licenses, certificates, and insurance.

Vendors must follow all appropriate state and federal regulations.

Vendors must maintain supervision of their minors at all times.

All animals shall always be on a leash or under the control of the vendor or performer.

Vendors are responsible for the cleanup of all their animals.

Vendors are responsible for the cleanup of their site. If you leave trash or structures on the site you will be fined

Use or sale of illegal drugs is not permitted.

Intoxication is not allowed during event hours.

Weapons must be peace-bound at the time of purchase. Peace bound means sheathed and rendered unable to be drawn.

No firearms permitted.

All period firearms that are part of period clothing shall be rendered inoperable.

All vendors with heat sources must have the appropriate fire extinguisher.
