About the application

This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit categories. Please note: Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, generators, extension cords, etc. This is a rain or shine event.

  2. All vendor applications will be reviewed. 
  3. If accepted, your provided payment method will be charged.
  4. Categories of product types will be limited, but exclusivity is not guaranteed.
  5. Product quality will determine selection, with priority for vendors that are in scope of the event. 
  6. The vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event.

About the event

July Jubilee is back! We are hosting our annual Fourth of July event once again, complete with a fireworks show on Friday, July 4. The show will be held at Little Elm Beach. Little Elm Park will be open all day with vendors, live music, and so much more! A full day of fun capped off by an amazing fireworks display over the lake. This is a can't miss day!

Terms & Conditions

 Permittee/Vendor shall assume all risks incident to or in connection with the special event and shall be solely responsible for damage or injury, of whatever kind or nature, to person or property, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the event or the conduct of permittee’s operation. Event/Vendor main contact hereby expressly agrees to defend and save the Town, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives harmless from any penalties for violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation affecting its activity and from event activities or conduct of its operation or resulting from the negligence or intentional acts or omissions of permittee or its officers, agents, and employees, including permittee’s invitees. Vendor/Permittee agrees to abide by all Town of Little Elm parks rules and event load in/load out and clean up procedures. 

Prices

Food Truck/Trailer up to 20' in length $350.00 Non-refundable 20' includes the tongue of the trailer - please indicate if you are a trailer or food truck.
Food Truck/Trailer up to 40' in length $450.00 Non-refundable Length of trailer includes the tongue and any other trailers/truck accessories. Please indicate if you are a trailer or truck.
