22 Brookhaven CB Festival Kidz Zone Application

Join us in Blackburn Park for this extravaganza of the visual arts, live entertainment, a sprawling Kidz Zone and lots of tasty festival cuisine and beverages. Hosted by the City of Brookhaven, Splash Festivals produces the colorful artist market and lively Kidz Zone for this annual celebration of springtime in the city. The Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival invites you to be a part of the fun! When you complete the online application, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application (if you are waitlisted). Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register and will be charged five days after acceptance but no sooner than November 5. The whimsical and entertaining festival is produced by Splash Festivals in the welcoming City of Brookhaven, just 15 minutes north of Atlanta. The volunteers in this new town are happy to help, so you will be treated like a very special guest! All booths are approximately 10'D x 12'W. You are required to have a flame retardant tent. Booth fees are $200 for a regular space. You'll be required to submit photos with this registration. If you do not wish for your photos to be used for promotional purposes of the festival, please let us know in the Special Requests section below. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, display and set-up materials. Tents can be available for an additional fee of $200 without sides. Power is not available. Load in is on Friday. Inflatable rides and all types of children's activities will be considered. Please note that water is not available for activities requiring water. All vendors are required to either purchase space or pay a commission (depending on the activity) to be able to be a part of the festivities. Please describe your activity in the application. Approved applicants will be notified by March 5.
