Welcome to Pikes Peak Pride! We are thrilled to invite vendors and exhibitors to join us for this vibrant celebration of diversity, inclusion, and community. Pikes Peak Pride offers an incredible platform to showcase your business, organization, or cause to a wide audience of attendees from the Pikes Peak region and beyond.
Whether you’re a local artisan, food vendor, nonprofit organization, or corporate sponsor, your presence contributes to the energy and impact of this unforgettable event. Please complete the form below to secure your spot and help us make this year’s Pikes Peak Pride the best yet!
There is a $25 application fee for each applicant. Applications will be reviewed by the Pikes Peak Pride team and those that are approved will be charged the full amount immediately.
If you are applying as a non-profit or political organization, please be prepared to upload a copy of your IRS letter of non-profit determination/status

Non-Discrimination Agreement & Code of Conduct Agreement
By completing this form, you agree to the following:
Non-Discrimination Pikes Peak Pride vendors, contractors, sponsors, staff and volunteers, and all personnel associated with the festival and parade agree at all times to honor and abide by the following statement of non-discrimination in word and action. Anyone associated with the festival, or their employees or associates on festival grounds in violation of this agreement will be asked to leave festival grounds immediately and will forfeit all rental fees, sponsorship fees, and damage deposits as applicable. Additionally, any actions taken or statements made to individuals or groups contrary to this policy or the spirit and intention of this policy are not permitted on festival grounds, or in any communication associated with the festival:
“All persons associated with Pride will provide service to individuals without regard to an individual’s sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, HIV/AIDS status, race, color, national origin, ancestry, creed, religion, sex, gender, physical or mental disability, age, marital status, military status, veteran status, citizenship or any other protected classification in accordance with state, federal and municipal laws.”
Code of Conduct All persons associated with the festival agree;
â— To interact with guests, staff, volunteers and all persons associated with the festival in a respectful manner at all times;
â— Not to smoke, use alcohol or other controlled substances while participating in any capacity with the festival, and remain free from the influence of such substances while participating in any capacity with the festival;
â— To be suitably and appropriately attired at all times, and to maintain acceptable personal hygiene; â— Not to engage in any behavior that is determined to threaten the safety of anyone participating in the festival in any capacity, nor to engage in any behavior that is disruptive or interferes with the right of anyone associated with the festival to conduct appropriate business or freely enjoy the festival;
â— To represent the festival in a positive manner at all times. By signing this document, parade participants, vendors, contractors, and sponsors agree to assume responsibility for the behavior of employees on festival grounds associated with the company or organization.
Violations of this code should be presented to the Pikes Peak Pride Event Manager to determine whether an act is unsuitable. Decisions regarding enforcement or violations will be made at the sole discretion of Pride management.

- I understand all vendor tents require a 25 lb weight on each leg. Vendors without appropriate weights will not be allowed to use tents or canopies. Staking is not allowed.
- By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that all exhibitors/vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance demonstrating liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate.. The certificate must name “Pikes Peak Pride” as an additional insured and include the address: 2910 N Powers Blvd #451, Colorado Springs, CO 80922. I understand that failure to provide the required certificate of insurance prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of my booth space and all associated fees.
- I understand submission of this application, and payment, DOES NOT guarantee acceptance. Denied applications will not be billed. The application fee is non-refundable. Festival organizers reserve the right to approve or decline any Exhibitor/Vendor application at their sole discretion and for any reason.
- I understand all Exhibitors/Vendors and their staff or those in the booth space must agree to abide by the Pikes Peak Pride Non-Discrimination Agreement, Code of Conduct Agreement and Exhibitor/Vendor Agreement.
- By submitting this application, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to obtain and provide all required licenses, permits, and documentation necessary for conducting sales or food service at Pikes Peak Pride. This includes, but is not limited to, any applicable city or county sales tax licenses, temporary food vendor permits, and health department certifications. I understand that failure to comply with local and state regulations may result in the forfeiture of my participation in the event without refund.
