DSMF'25 Vendor Application

The 17th annual Dormont Street & Music Festival will be held on October 11th, 2025 from 1pm-8pm. An awesome free community event to be involved in with attendence pulling close to 4K in recent years, DSMF features three stages with stellar local performers, fun & games for all ages at the Kids Zone and the Brew Garden, and VENDORS!!!

We want to spotlight your organization, small business, or nonprofit with a 10' or 20' vending space on Potomac Ave. Vendors bring so much to this event and report to get a lot in return! Please apply by Aug. 17, 2025. In this application you'll be asked to share general information about your brand, promotional images, engagement ideas, important details.  With an ever-growing event and a constant-size street, we are expecting to fill spots up quick- so get your aps in quicker! You'll be hearing from Beth or Kohl once your application has been received and processed. As always, we'll see you there!

With this application you'll be asked to submit either proof of liability insurance or sign a Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement. Application fee is non-refundable at $25 or $35.
