About the registration

This application is to become a year-round food vendor for non-Fair events.  If you wish to be a food vendor at the Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo, you will need to complete a separate application for that when they are available.   There is no fee to set-up at any year-round event, however we do charge all food vendors the following commission per day:
  • $0-$500 sales - 0% commission
  • $501-$1,000 - 15% commission
  • $1,001 & over - 25% commission
These percentages are calculated on a daily basis and will be due within 48 hours after the event ends with daily sales reports from your cash register or online sales program.
