Prices

Application fee $20.00 Non-refundable Non-refundable and due at time of application submission.
20'x20' Bar Beverage Booth Space Fee $30.00 Non-refundable All vendor fees are non-refundable after official approval and payment.
Vendor Non-Compliance / Damage Fee $250.00 Non-refundable Any violations of the vendor rules and regulations may result in a Non-Compliance / Damage Fee charge at time of occurrence and possible non-acceptance for future events.
Late Fee $100.00 Non-refundable Late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the October 28, 2024. Vendors who move-in after the approved window will be charged a late fee at time of occurrence.
