Welcome to Monsters and Movie on Main! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.   Saturday October 26th 5:00 - 9:00 pm in Downtown Lilburn and Lilburn City Park. The event starts with Trick or Treating on Main Street into Lilburn City Park.  Business Vendors will be set up with fun activities and pass out candy.  Vendors are encouraged to have an interactive activity for the trick-or-treaters, thogh not required. Vendors are also strongly encouraged to decorate their space..not too scary though! Awards will be given for 1) Most Original  2) Creepiest  3) People's Choice.  A Monster Mash Fashion Show/Costume Contest will take place at the bandshell and the event will conclude with a free movie on the giant inflatable screen.   If you are accepted to be a vendor at this event detailed instructions will be emailed to you closer to the event date.   *If the event is cancelledby the organizer all vendor fees will be refunded.

About the event

Trick or Treat with the businesses along Main Street in Downtown Lilburn starting at 5:00 pm making your way down to Lilburn City Park where there will be fun activities for the kid's, food trucks, vendors passing out candy, and a family friendly Halloween Movie on the giant inflatable screen starting at 7pm.

Terms & Conditions

  • The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury.
  • Application deadline is October 19 at 11:00 pm
  • Number and variety of vendors is determined by the City of Lilburn.
  • The City may ask a vendor to leave the event for any reason.
  • All vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs, extension cords, lighting, water, and generators.
  • If generators are used they must be quiet as to not disturb other vendors or the event.
  • Maximum tent size is 12 x 12.
  • Tents must be waited down. No staking.
  • Be set up and ready by 3:00 pm.
  • Application must be complete to be considered.
  • The event is rain or shine.  In the event of unsafe weather conditions the City of Lilburn will notify vendors as soon as possible and any changes to the event can be found on the city website www.cityoflilburn.com or the city Facebook page @CityOfLilburn.
  • All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By completing this application applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document. Attendees and vendors should practice CDC guidelines with regards to COVID-19, including social distancing and wearing a mask. www.cdc.gov
