All events are outdoors, except the Nashville event in November.

Multi-City Sign-Up Details
This application is for vendors signing up for two or more cities. If you register using this form and do not select at least two events, you will be charged the 15% discount difference before your application is approved.

How does the application process work?
Once you complete your payment, we will review your application and notify you if you are approved. If approved, you will receive instructions on selecting your booth space.
Does payment guarantee a booth?
Payment secures your spot in the application process, but booths are assigned based on approval and availability.
What if I can’t attend an event?
You can pay a $75 fee to switch to another Shop Black Fest event in 2025, if space is available.
Can I sign up for multiple cities?
Yes. To sign up for the full tour, select the number of cities during checkout. Each city requires its own payment.

Vendor Rules & Requirements
- MLMs/Network Marketing: One representative per company allowed (e.g., Avon, Paparazzi, Mary Kay)
- Food + Drink Vendors: Must be licensed and insured (no exceptions)
- Electricity: Limited availability; generators recommended if needed
- Booth Sharing: Not allowed
- Setup Rules: Arrive on time; late arrivals forfeit their booth. Leaving early will result in a $50 fee

**Shop Black Fest 2025 Terms and Conditions**
1. Payment Submission
By submitting payment now, you are securing your spot for your chosen events. This does not guarantee a booth at any specific event.
2. Booth Selection
Booths will be chosen from a vendor map after you complete the full registration process. Booth spaces will be assigned in advance.
3. Event Dates
The event dates for Shop Black Fest 2025 are finalized but are subject to change if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. The scheduled dates are:
- April 12, 2025 - Memphis, TN
- May 10, 2025 - Huntsville, AL
- June 14, 2025 - Atlanta, GA
- July 12, 2025 - Chicago, IL
- August 9, 2025 - Virtual Event
- September 13, 2025 - Birmingham, AL
- November 29-30, 2025 - Nashville, TN (2-day event)
All events are outdoor, except the Nashville event in November.
4. Refund Policy
If your application is not approved, you will receive a refund minus a $25 non-refundable application fee.
5. Event Date Changes
If you need to miss an event, you can pay a $75 date change fee to switch to another Shop Black Fest event within the same calendar year (subject to availability).
6. Licensing, Taxes, and Compliance
All vendors are responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses and permits to operate their business. You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including tax obligations, for your business in the state in which you reside.
7. MLM Restrictions
Only one Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) vendor is allowed per event (e.g., Avon, Paparazzi, Mary Kay). This will be determined during the booth approval process.
8. Licensing and Insurance for Food + Drink Vendors
Food and drink vendors must be licensed and insured to participate—no exceptions.
9. Electricity
Electricity is available at select events. It’s a good idea to bring a generator if you need power for your booth, as outlets may not be available at all venues.
10. Booth Sharing
Vendors are not allowed to share booths with other businesses. Each vendor must apply and register separately.
11. Setup and Event Participation
Vendors must arrive and set up by the assigned setup time. If you are late, you will forfeit your booth and will not be allowed to set up. Leaving early will disqualify you from participating in future Shop Black Fest events.
12. Weather Policy
Shop Black Fest events are held rain or shine unless there is severe or inclement weather. If this occurs, the event will be rescheduled to the next best date available at the venue.

14. Alcohol Vendors
Vendors selling or serving alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any Shop Black Fest event. Ensure your product offerings comply with this policy before submitting your application.
