About the application
Welcome to our sign-up application for Tekko 2025! Please note that filling out this form does NOT guarantee your acceptance into our Artist Alley. If you are a member of Tekko staff in any department, your application will be rejected.
Please ensure everything is spelled correctly before submitting! If you believe you misspelled something important, reach out to the Artist Alley Supervisor and she will check after the application closes for the year. If you submit more than one application, regardless of reason why, you will be immediately rejected for the year and will be not eligible for table-sharing for 2025. Proxy selling is expressly forbidden, regardless of reason why. Those in violation will be permanently blacklisted for all future events.
All artists that successfully fill out this application will receive notice of their acceptance or waitlisting to the provided email address in the coming weeks. Accepted artists that wish to tableshare may request to do so at a later time. Only artists on the official waitlist are eligible, we are no longer allowing non-applicants to tableshare with accepted artists. We are not accepting tableshare requests during the application process, do not ask. All information about our Artist Alley is available at https://tekko.us/artist-alley
About the event
Terms & Conditions
All Artists that submit applications for Tekko's Artist Alley agree to follow all policies set forth for the Tekko convention and its Artist Alley. Failure to follow any given rule is grounds for ejection from the event without refund. Such rules may be found here:

Upon submission, you are confirming that everything on this form is correct with regards to the portfolio submitted and information about yourself/studio/business.
Artists are not permitted to apply for the Vendors Hall if they apply to Artist Alley, regardless of application status. We do not allow double-dipping. We do not permit proxy selling either. By submitting this application, you agree to these terms and are subject to all applications being withdrawn and blacklisted if found in violation.

Prices
| Artist Alley Table | $250.00 | Non-refundable | 1 Tekko Artist Alley table will be a standard 6ft table and come with 2 folding chairs. Artist Alley tables do NOT come with pipe/drape or tablecloths. You must bring your own. If you choose 2 Artist Alley tables, you will receive 4 chairs. 1 General Admission badge is included in this price, meaning you do NOT need to purchase a separate badge for yourself. This badge is solely for the artist that is purchasing the tablespace. Additional badges will be purchased separately at another time. Details forthcoming after the New Year. Electricity and internet services are not included and must be requested after your application has been approved. These costs are determined by the convention center and may vary at any time. | Loading Dock Usage | $25.00 | If you will need to use the loading dock, please select this option. You may request usage at a later time if you are unsure at the time of this application submission. You will not be able to request usage up to 3 weeks leading to the start of the convention. If you arrive to the loading dock and did not opt into usage/pay prior to arrival, you will be turned away. You will need to use the main entrances. There are no exceptions to this. |
