About the application

This application is for vendors seeking to provide entertainment or activity at the Tree Lighting event in Lilburn City Park on Saturday November 23rd. The Lilburn Christmas Tree Lighting event, Saturday November 23rd, will travel down Main Street starting at 3:00 p.m. and end in Lilburn City Park.There will be music on the bandshell, Reindeer and Santa Selfies, train rides around the park Elf Balloon Twisters, and more! The night will end at 6:00 p.m. with the lighting of the big tree in Lilburn City Park. We are asking that vendors arrive at the park no later than 2:00 pm and be setup and ready at 3:00 pm. Vendor parking is located at 104 Railroad Ave. parking lot at Lilburn City Park.  Please park in the spaces that are marked "Entertainment".  A parking pass will be provided for vendors. You can not drive into the park.  You will need to unload your items and carry them to your space. Each vendor must bring their own tent, table, and chairs.   Booth space is a maximum of 12x12.

Join the City of Lilburn as we kick off the holiday season. Cozy up and grab a cocoa while you listen to various live performances leading up to the lighting of the Tree! Santa will make a special trip straight from the North Pole! Try yummy food and sweets, listen to holiday music, and be merry. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Terms & Conditions

  • The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury.
  • Application deadline is November 16 at 11:00 pm
  • Number and variety of vendors is determined by the City of Lilburn.
  • The City may ask a vendor to leave the event for any reason.
  • All vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs, extension cords, lighting, water, and generators.
  • If generators are used they must be quiet as to not disturb other vendors or the event.
  • Maximum tent size is 12 x 12.
  • Tents must be waited down. No staking.
  • Be set up and ready by 3:00 pm.
  • Application must be complete to be considered.
  • The event is rain or shine.  In the event of unsafe weather conditions the City of Lilburn will notify vendors as soon as possible and any changes to the event can be found on the city website www.cityoflilburn.com or the city Facebook page @CityOfLilburn.
  • Previous Christmas events have enjoyed an average attendance of 5000+.
  • All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By completing this application applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document. Attendees and vendors should practice CDC guidelines with regards to COVID-19, including social distancing and wearing a mask. www.cdc.gov
