Location: 26032-B Newt Rd Albemarle, NC 28001Date: November 23rd, 2024  Time: 10PM-5PM We are so honored that you're considering becoming a vendor at A Holly Jolly Christmas Show located at the Stanly County Agri Civic Center. Sunny Day Markets, LLC will be your host. Supporting small like YOU is our passion. Nothing is more important than our vendors. This pop-up shop will consist of vendor show, kids activities, fall treats, local coffee, local eats, permanent jewelry, and much more! 
This event is a juried event. This means that not everyone who applies will be accepted as we only have 75 spaces and will limit the number in each category. We have indoor and outdoor spaces avaiable! We will carefully consider each vendor based on the quality of their merchandise and the mix of their products. So please make sure to fill all questions out to the best of your ability. ONCE ACCEPTED YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED. 
Vendor Pricing + Spacing: The vendor fee for this market is $100 for indoor spaces 10x8! Outdoor spaces (COVERED) are $75. This is an OUTDOOR/INDOOR! You are not required to use your tents but if you do we will require tents weights for outdoor spaces!  YOUR TENT WEIGHTS MUST WEIGH 25 LBS EACH!!! IF THEY DO NOT THEN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO TAKE YOUR TENT DOWN. DISC WEIGHTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT BE UPSET IF YOU DID NOT READ THE APPLICATION DESCRIPTION. THIS IS TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS, VENDORS AND PRODUCT FROM YOUR TENT FLYING!  VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE EVENT. IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY PLEASE COME TO THE SDM TENT AND LET US KNOW. If other vendors are to pack up early please know this is a negative reflection on the event and also hinders the other vendors attending!  Accepted vendors will be notified from Eventeny. All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS this includes canceled events due to bad weather! We do not allow CREDIT TRANSFERS for any event. IF WE HAVE TWO EVENTS GOING ON THE SAME DAY WE DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO MOVE FROM ONE EVENT TO THE OTHER EVENT ONCE AN EVENT IS PAID FOR.  WEATHER POLICY: While most of the times all markets are RAIN or SHINE! There is a chance the weather will be severe and compromise the safety of others! The safety of vendors and patrons always comes first! In the chance of weather cancellation, we have a NO REFUND / NO CREDIT policy.
SCAM ALERT: No one will ever send acceptance letters or ask for payment other than EVENTENY & SUNNY DAY MARKETS, LLC. We will not be responsible for any monies paid to anyone outside of SUNNY DAY MARKETS, LLC THROUGH EVENTENY.

Sunny Day Markets, LLC - No Refunds & No Transfers Policy for Vendor Booths

 

1. No Refunds Policy All vendor booth sales for events hosted by Sunny Day Markets, LLC are final. Once a vendor booth has been reserved and paid for, there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, including cancellations by the vendor. By purchasing a vendor booth, you agree that the sale is non-refundable and cannot be reversed. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and helps us plan and execute successful events.

 

2. No Transfers Policy Vendor booth reservations are non-transferable. This means that once a booth has been purchased, it cannot be transferred to another party, vendor, or event. Any attempt to transfer your booth to another individual or company will void the reservation without refund or compensation. We do not allow transfers between events or to other vendors.

 

3. Agreement By reserving a vendor booth with Sunny Day Markets, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this No Refunds & No Transfers Policy. This policy is binding upon confirmation of your purchase.
