This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

We’re excited to add a Classic Car Show & Competition to this year’s RiverFest! 🚗✨ Attendees will enjoy a showcase of stunning classic cars, with participants competing for top honors and prizes, including a trophy and a $500 cash prize for the grand winner!

Our judges will evaluate cars based on the following categories, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of each vehicle:

1. Overall Appearance (20 points)

   • Paint quality, finish, and condition
   • Bodywork and structural integrity
   • Attention to detail and cleanliness

2. Originality & Authenticity (20 points)

   • Use of original parts and materials
   • Adherence to factory specifications and design
   • Restoration accuracy (for restored cars)

3. Interior Condition (15 points)

   • Upholstery, dashboard, and interior detailing
   • Functionality and preservation of original features
   • General cleanliness and condition

4. Engine & Mechanical Components (15 points)

   • Cleanliness and condition of the engine
   • Mechanical functionality and original parts
   • Attention to detail in restoration (if applicable)

5. Rarity & Uniqueness (10 points)

   • Rarity of the model, special features, or custom modifications
   • Uniqueness in terms of history, provenance, or modifications

6. Presentation & Overall Impression (10 points)

   • The overall impact and presentation of the vehicle
   • Enthusiasm and engagement of the car owner

1. Best in Show (Grand Prize):

   • Trophy + $500 Cash Prize

2. First Runner-Up:

   • Trophy + $250 Cash Prize

3. Second Runner-Up:

   • Trophy + $100 Cash Prize

4. Best Interior:

   • Trophy

5. Best Paint Job:

   • Trophy

6. People’s Choice Award:

   • Trophy

Participants will not only have the opportunity to showcase their beautifully preserved or restored cars but will also compete for these fantastic prizes. Let’s rev up the excitement at RiverFest 2024 with a celebration of classic automotive craftsmanship

Terms and Conditions : Artisan and Crafter Market
Car Exhibitor Agreement 
 
Setup/ Break Down: All Exhibitors must be set up and ready to exhibit by 1:00PM on the day of the event. Exhibitors may begin setting up by 10:00AM the day of the market/fair.
 
Break down can start no sooner than 6:00PM on the day of the market/fair and must be completed by 7:00PM.

*Before leaving, be sure your area is clean and trash-free.

Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire or casualty. The BBRP and INK Creative Strategies expressly disclaim any responsibility for same. Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with its operation. Each exhibitor is responsible for the conduct of his/her employees and/or representatives and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the market/fair.
 
Exhibitor Spaces: Exhibitor spaces will be assigned. Placement, flow and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for market/fair attendees. If you have special space needs, please include your request with your application and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first- served basis. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond the space they have booked; this includes any rails, stands or additional equipment.

Acceptance: The BBRP reserves the right to decline any application for space if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the Artisan and Crafters Market.
 
Payment: The full payment is a non-refundable registration fee for the selected space and is due with the submission of this agreement.
 
Music: Music will be provided throughout the space.

 
Electricity: Electricity is not provided for BBRP events. Exhibitors may bring their own generator or portable power sources. 

Cancellation of space: Application fees are not refundable. The BBRP and/or INK Creative Strategies are not liable if weather or other conditions prevent the Exhibitor from attending and fulfilling the contractual obligation as an Exhibitor. No refunds will be made for weather, accident, health or other causes for non-participation.
 
Indemnification: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the BBRP and/or INK Creative STrategies from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the Exhibitors at The BBRP's events.
