This application is only for food vendors. If you are an arts/crafts/merchandise, non-profit or race sponsor, please use the appropriate application.

Vendor Village at Race World Offshore is on Wednesday, November 06, Friday November 08, and Sunday November 10, 2024 from 9:00 AM until 5 PM on the Navy Mole and is the main event during the Key West World Championships. Visit https://raceworldoffshore.com/ for a full schedule of events.

Food Made Onsite (FMO)

1.      .FMO vendors may prep food offsite, but it must be cooked onsite at the event.

2.       All menu items for sale must be listed in the application. Any additional items must be approved by Daily Plan-it. Example: If your main item is Ceviche, you may not sell burgers. 

3.       Food pre-made offsite and reheated/cooked off is considered Food Made Onsite    

Pre-Packaged Food (PPF)

1.      PPF food must be prepared and packaged offsite by the vendor.

2.      PPF is packaged for later consumption offsite but may be consumed at the event 

3.      All menu items for sale must be listed in the application. Any additional items must be approved by Daily Plan-it. Example: If your main item is Nuts, you may not sell cookies.

Vendor Category Descriptions: Vendors may apply for 1 main category and must choose the main type of food/bev in that category but may serve food/beverages in other categories. We will try to limit overlap in each show.

• Beverage: Aquas Frescas, Coffee, Lemonade, Soda, Tea, etc
• Baked Goods: Bread, Bagels, Cakes, Cookies, Muffins, Pies etc
• Dessert/Sweet: Donuts, Funnel Cake, Kettle Corn etc
• Frozen: Ice Cream, Popsicles, Shave Ice etc
• Main Meal: BBQ, Burgers, Ceviche, Empanadas, Grilled Food, Tacos, etc
• Other: Cheeses, Guacamole, Healthy, Honey, Nuts, Salsa etc
• Produce: Fresh fruits and vegetables

General Requirements 

• Generally, we will allow each vendor to have one exclusive main item like pizza or burgers and allow them to have other menu items that do not compete with other main food items.

• It is a show requirement that all vendors/artists must display pricing of everything for sale in the booth.

(Race start and finish times may not begin or end as scheduled due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of delays, event staff will notify vendors when they may begin breakdown and exit the area.)

Important Notice: Prohibition of Unlicensed Merchandise and Intellectual Property

To maintain the integrity of our event and adhere to legal standards, the sale or distribution of unlicensed merchandise and any items infringing upon intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited. This includes unauthorized replicas, counterfeit goods, and items bearing copyrighted or trademarked logos and designs, including that of Race World Offshore, without proper authorization.

Any vendors or participants found selling unlicensed merchandise or in violation of intellectual property rights will be required to remove the offending items immediately and may face removal from the event. We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines and ensuring a lawful and fair environment for all.

Please note:

•    All booth sales are final, no refunds will be issued due to traffic, injury, illness, death, act of god, weather, war, terror or disease or other unnamed reason.

•    Each booth space is 10x10, more than one space may be purchased. Most vendors will be able to park behind their booth space or in close proximity.

•    Per Navy ordinance, there is NO smoking or vaping allowed.

•    There is NO electricity available, use of quiet inverter type generators are allowed (less than 55 dBA) with permission

•    There is NO water available onsite

•    All participants are responsible for trash removal; if you generate it, you must tie it up and place it in the dumpster at the end of each day

•    Per City ordinance, NO single use plastic (Plastic that will be used at the show) is allowed. This includes plastic utensils, plastic shopping bags, plastic lids, plastic beverage bottles, Styrofoam, plastic take-out containers and plastic straws, to name a few. All plastics include, but are not limited to; plastic, bioplastic, corn plastic, sugar cane plastic, plant plastic, polystyrene, polymers, biopolymers, bio-derived and bio-based plastics.
