We are excited to collaborate with local vendors who share our commitment to quality, innovation, and community engagement. At Oh Nutrition, we believe in building strong partnerships that enhance our customers' experience and align with our mission to provide fresh, high-quality products.
If you are a vendor offering unique, high-quality products or services that complement our café’s offerings, we invite you to apply to become a part of our vendor show. This could include items like specialty foods, beverages, artisanal goods, or boutique items.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- A $40 non-refundable vendor fee is required to secure your spot at the event. Payment must be made available when application is approved,applications will be decided within 7 days of application. Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiture of your spot.
- The Vendor Fair will take place on November 22nd from 4pm to 8pm at Oh Nutrition
- Vendors are required to set up between 2pm to 3:30pm. All setups must be completed before the event begins.
- Breakdown can begin no earlier than 8pm and must be completed by 9pm.
- Vendors must bring their own table and chairs. These will not be provided by the event organizers.
- All vendor displays must be professional, neat, and within the designated space assigned to each vendor.
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and ensuring all trash is disposed of properly.
- Vendors may only sell the products or services listed in their application and approved by the event organizers.
- The sale of illegal, hazardous, or inappropriate items is strictly prohibited.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring they comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the sale of their products.
- The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property during the event.
- Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance for the event.
- By participating in the event, vendors agree to release the event organizers from any liability for personal injury or property damage incurred during the fair.
- The $40 vendor fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including vendor cancellations or no-shows.
- If the event is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies), vendors will be notified, and a rescheduled date will be provided, refunds will be given if unable to attend new date.
- Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times.
- Any disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
- Parking and load-in details will be provided closer to the event date. Vendors are expected to follow all instructions regarding parking and unloading their materials.
