About the application

Artists, Entrepreneurs, Food, Non Alcoholic Beverage Vendors are welcome to showcase their businesses at the Philly Flannel Fest, an autumn themed block party celebrating every thing we all love about the season. 
 
This event is taking place at the newly renovated Braid Mill in Germantown Area of Philadelphia. This is an indoor/outdoor event with live music, dj's, and fall themed food and fun.
 
It is open to the public and the tickets.
Don't miss this chance to showcase your business and be part of a seasonal event that features a diverse range of artists, makers, and entrepreneurs, each with their own unique stories and products. 
 
Review Process: After you submit your application, our team will conduct a thorough review of your work to consider you for the event within 48 hours. If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged. 
 
Setup Details: Please supply your own table, grid panel displays, easels, etc for presentation.
 
Setup on the day of event begins at 10am. You are asked to be set up and prepared to serve by 11:45am. The event starts at 12pm and end at 5pm. 
 
Sales: Vendors keep 100% of their sales.

Sip on the best brews, savor tasty wines, and discover the warmth of well-crafted spirits. 🍻🍷🥃 🍻 Toast with your family and friends with seasonal brews, hot toddies, and apple cider that'll make your taste buds do the happy autumn jig. 🍎Feast on your favorites fare from local food trucks, with flavors that celebrate fall in every bite. All guests are encouraged to wear a flannel shirt, jacket, or coat. Come on down to the Philly Flannel Fest for a day of autumn-flavored fun. All food and beverage vendors, food trucks, and food/beverage related vendors must proper food service certifications.  All vendors must comply with Pennsylvania State Laws.

Small Businesses Outdoor (Single Table) SOLD OUT Non-refundable This option is for an OUTDOOR vending space suitable for one (1) 6ft table. Please provide your own table/racks/display materials. IF YOU NEED TO BRING A TENT or MORE THAN ONE TABLE , PLEASE SELECT THE MULTIPLE TABLE VENDING OPTION. Food and beverage vendors should select a food beverage option.
Small Businesses Outdoor Space (Multiple Tables) SOLD OUT Non-refundable This option is for an OUTDOOR vending space suitable for a 10ft x10ft space with/multiple tables. You may bring a tent for this space. Please provide your own tent/table/racks/ display materials. Food and beverage vendors should select a food beverage option.
Small Businesses Indoor ( Single Table) $117.97 Non-refundable This option is for an INDOOR vending space suitable for one 6ft table. Please provide your own table/racks/display materials. Small Businesses Indoor (Multiple Tables) $197.97 Non-refundable This option is for an INDOOR vending space suitable for 6ft x 12ft vending space. Up to 4 tables/racks. Please provide your own tent/table/racks/ and display materials.
Food & Beverage Table/Cart Outdoor (Single Space ) $147.97 Non-refundable This option is for a 10ft x 10ft OUTDOOR space for food or beverage table or cart. Food vendors should have a proper food service certifications.
Large Food Trucks/Trailers (Outdoor Space) $297.97 Non-refundable This option is for food trucks. If your truck/setup is longer than 30ft long, please let us know so that we can accommodate you. Food vendors should have a proper food service certifications.
