Within this application you have the option to select only one or multiple dates.  If you want to apply for the Vintage Days - Vintage resellers ONLY event, please select that date and only one other date you may b e interested in  Thank you!

 

****IMPORTANT**** If you are interested in more than one date PLEASE select ALL dates you are interested in.  You will only be charged for the first event date you participate in, then I will reachout out to see if you would like to particpate in other dates, if there is room on a case bby case basis.  Please note: you are NOT guarneteed more than one day after approval.

Artisan Goods or Food Makers: ALL items need to be made/created by you.

Candles . Art . Woodworking . Teas/Herbals . Bath/Body . Vintage Resellers . Jewlery .  Glassware . Tumblers . Clothing . Toys . Books . Leather Goods . Home Decor . etc.

 

Food Vendors: 

Tents . Trailors . Trucks are all welcome to apply.  Spaces are limited to one food vendor per date.

 

Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Introducing Autumn Market Pop-ups at Lily & Sparrow Mercantile in beautiful downtown Covington, GA. This series of fall inspired events are meant to give space to artisan makers, vintage curators, growers, farmers, and restaurant pop-ups space on the lawn at Lily & Sparrow Saturdays to vend in support of the creative community. Vendors: We are on the lookout for artisans and makers that offer handmade local products. Local Produce, Specialty Foods, Bath and Body, Candles, Soaps, Flowers, Jewelry, Home Decor, Vintage Fashion, Custom Clothing, Plants, etc. We are also looking for Food Tents,Trailers, or Trucks. Things to Note: +The space is limited to 4-8 vendors per Saturday, please apply for ALL DATES you may be interested in. +Vendors are approved by our organizers (AWAKE Communities) on a case by case basis. Participation in prior events DOES NOT guarantee automatic acceptance. +Our events are advertised by The Newton & Rockdale Counties Chamber of Commerce, local signage, and social media. We ask ALL participants to also market to your own followers. +This is a Pop-up event, we can in no way confirm attendance, but usually see 100- 200 people during these peek times during our pop-up events. +These events are outdoor ONLY, rain, cold, heat, or shine. We encourage All participants to dress weather appropriate.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

+This is a family friendly event, all presentations must be tasteful and positive. Any vendor who is found to bring or display items that are not child friendly will be asked to leave. This includes products that promote drugs, violence, sexuality explict images or language, and/or the occult/witchcraft/gore or any other inapproriate items as deemed by the event orgaizers AWAKE Communities Int.

 

+This event is outdoor, rain, cold, or shine. We encourage All participants wear weather appropraite clothing.

 

+Your vendor fee is for the space only at this time. Please provide all tables, displays, and seating you may need

 

+ALL net proceeds from vendor fees are non refundable and considered a donation to ACI.

 

+ALL vednors are REQUIRED to have a fire extighusher and weigths at their tent for day of participations. (This is a local fire ordinace and will be enforced with an inspections by the fire dept. at the event)

 

+If the event is cancelled in whole or in part due to a Force Majeure Event, you will not be entitled to a refund. The event will then be rescheduled and you will automatically be approved for the future date/time.

 

+Any vendor who applies must provide valid payment information. If payment is declined after 2 attempts the organizers reserve the right to deny the vendor participation in this and future events.

 

+Prohibited items: These are items that may be used in a dangerous or threatening manner including but not limited to, firearms, knives or weapons of any description (and any other sharp items), glass bottles (please decant into other containers), illegal drugs, fireworks or explosives.

 

+To ensure the safety of all festival attendees, access to the event sites will be refused to, but not limited to, people who:

-are under the influence of illegal drugs or any other illegal substances

-are clearly suffering from alcohol or other substance intoxication -have been previously banned from festivals and/or other events by the organizer, the administration or legal authorities

-are demonstrating an intent to disturb the peace or to provoke someone else to do so -engage in fighting or any disruptive behavior

-resist the direction of and searches by the Festival’s security Lily & Sparrow Mercantile LLC (the event host location) and AWAKE Communities Int. (the event organizers) disclaim all responsibility from losses or damages to vendor property during this event. Furthermore both parties mentioned above disclaim all responsibility from losses or damage to any vehicle on or near the festival, including, without limitation, vehicles towed from the festival site.
