About the registration

Please Register your booth for the ATX TRAFFIC Show on December 4th-5th,2024 Be sure to select the size booth you need plus any additions to make your meetings a success. (i.e., power, extra tables, etc.). FYI, Each 10 x 10 booth space comes with one 6' table & three chairs (i.e., a 10 X 20 will have 2 tables & 6 chairs included.  Power & extras all have an additional cost                                                        Power is not included in the cost of booth space. TRAFFIC Show reps see the most success with pre-scheduled appointments. So, be sure to call your buyers to ensure they are headed to Austin this December.

About the event

The TRAFFIC SHOW is a Wholesale Trade Show that takes place biannually at Palmer Event Center. We target a variety of brands & lifestyles; We bring together products from many channels. Brands that represent outdoor, active, fashion, action sport, fitness, travel, and other segments to help retailers find the products they need for their retail stores. Thanks to CINCO KINGS, we bring together brands and retailers under one roof to conduct business in a relaxed/friendly environment. Show Dates & Times: December 4th, 8am - 6pm December 5th, 8am - 4pm

Terms & Conditions

Your booth & rentals are not confirmed until full payment is received. Applications are eligible for refunds before 10/15//24 Refund/cancelation requests made between 10/15/2024 and 11/15/2024 will receive a credit towards a future show.  Cancelations made after 11/15/2024 are non-refundable.  Show set-up will be on Tuesday, December 3rd ,2024; move-in will begin at 9:00 am; set up must be complete by 6:30 pm; please plan arrival accordingly. Show hours are as followsWednesday, December 4th, 2024   8 am - 6 pmThursday, December 5th, 2024       8 am - 4 pm  We listened to your feedback, and this show ends one hour earlier. Please do not move out before 4 p.m. and plan travel accordingly.   Please check out or sponsorship opportunities. All Sponsorships include a poster with the Sponsors logo displayed at check-in, sponsors' logos displayed at the beverage station, Logos on the TRAFFIC show website, email blasts & social blasts. thank you,    The TRAFFIC team
