1. Introduction
Welcome to the Pullman Yards Chef"s Market. By applying to become a vendor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not apply to become a vendor at our market.
2. Vendor Eligibility
All applicants must complete the application form in full and provide all required documentation.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including health and safety regulations.
Only vendors offering high-quality, fresh, and safe food products will be considered.
3. Application Process
Applications must be submitted by the stated deadline.
Pullman Yards Chef"s Market reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
All decisions regarding vendor selection are final and not subject to appeal.
4. Fees and Payments
Upon acceptance, vendors are required to pay the vendor fee as specified in the application.
Fees are non-refundable unless the market is canceled by Pullman Yards Chef"s Market.
Payment must be made by the due date specified in the acceptance notification.
5. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must arrive at the market location at least one hour before the market opens for set-up and be ready to operate by the start time.
Vendors must maintain their stalls in a clean and presentable manner throughout the market hours.
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment and must ensure that it is safe and in good working condition.
All food products must be properly labeled with ingredients and allergen information.
6. Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
Vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their stalls and surrounding areas.
Vendors must ensure that their food products are stored, prepared, and served in a manner that prevents contamination.
7. Insurance
Vendors must carry their own liability insurance and provide proof of insurance upon request.
Pullman Yards Chef"s Market is not responsible for any loss or damage to vendor property.
8. Indemnity
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pullman Yards Chef"s Market, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the vendor"s participation in the market.
9. Market Operations
Pullman Yards Chef"s Market reserves the right to change the market hours or location as necessary.
Vendors must follow all instructions from market management regarding market operations.
Any vendor found violating market rules or behaving in a disruptive manner may be asked to leave and may forfeit their vendor fee.
10. Termination
Pullman Yards Chef"s Market reserves the right to terminate a vendor"s participation at any time for non-compliance with these terms and conditions or for any reason deemed appropriate by market management.
In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued.
11. Amendments
Pullman Yards Chef"s Market reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes in writing.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and Dekalb County.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
