Resource Vendor Application

A Resource Vendor is a Community-Based Organization that provides resources to the community. Resource Vendors are required to complete and submit this registration form to reserve a 10x10 space at the festival. Our goal is to capture fathers sharing authentic moments while creating lasting memories with their families. We require all resource vendors to provide resources pertaining to men, fathers, or families. 

Registration is free for resource vendors. However, if you prefer to sell merchandise/services or food and beverages, please complete our Merchant Vendor or Food and Beverage Vendor form. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, October 16, 2024.

Location: Millhill Park, Front Street Trenton, NJ
Date: November 2, 2024
 

Event Setup: 9:30am - 11:30am 

Event Duration: 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Event Breakdown: 4:00pm - 6:00pm

IMPORTANT

Resource Vendors, please arrive no later than 10:30am, which is 1.5 hours prior to festival start time at 12pm. Resource Vendors should be setup by 11:30am. Should Resource Vendors need more than 1 hr for set-up, feel free to arrive as early as 9:30am. Resource Vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event.

• I have read the vendor registration form in its entirety and have accurately input contact information so that I can receive communication from Fall Festival coordinators.
• I understand that as a resource vendor my organization is not to sell any item at this event.
• All images and videos taken at the Fall Festival can be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Hey Black Dad.
• Hey Black Dad reserves the right to decline any application that does not align with the goals and values of the organization. If this application is denied a notification will be sent.
