About the application

Rose Center is hosting its annual Holiday Craft Fair on December 7, 2024, from 9 am to 4 pm. We are looking for artists, crafters, and makers of all kinds to participate. This is a great opportunity to showcase your work and sell your products to a large audience. All products must be handmade or hand-crafted, and your booth should remain tidy and kept. The fair will be held at the Rose Center, a historic school building in Morristown, TN. Booth space is limited, so please apply early. Booths are $35 for one 6-foot table or $55 for two. The deadline to apply is November 15, 2024. If we have received more applications than available space, a waitlist for applicants will begin and applicants will be contacted chronologically.

About the event

It takes more than Santa's elves to make a merry Christmas. Ring in the Holiday Season with the Holiday Craft Fair at Rose Center Council for the Arts. Join crafters who come from all over the Southeast to display and sell their handcrafted creations to the residents of the Lakeway Area. You'll see all kinds of trinkets and treasures, from necklaces, bracelets, handmade soaps and creams to handmade knives. Rose Center is inviting crafters to exhibit and sell their work at the Holiday Craft Fair on Saturday, December 7th. This craft fair will feature handmade gift items and holiday decor. Craft Fair is free and open to the public. NOVEMBER 15th is the DEADLINE for artisans to submit their applications. The booths, arranged inside Prater Hall with classrooms over flow on the first floor, will be on a first come, first served basis. Though not a juried show, only handmade items will be accepted. All work must be original to, and made by, the exhibitor. Applications may also be picked up at Rose Center. To receive one by mail, please call 423-581-4330. Rose Center Council for the Arts is located at 442 W. Second North Street in Morristown, TN. We hope you will join us in bringing in the holiday season with crafts and cheer!

Terms & Conditions

Terms:
  1. Promotion
    • If you promote your location on social media, please be sure to tag Rose Center on Facebook and/or Instagram (@rosecenterarts)
  2. Date & Time
    • Set up: Friday, December 6 2024 10 am to 6 pm
      • Rose Center will provide table(s) based on your application
      • Each table will have one chair with it. If you need additional chairs please let us know
      • You are welcome to use the space behind your tables if needed, but please do not move your tables into the aisle/walkways
      • Prater Hall will be locked and secured Friday evening and will reopen at 8 am Saturday morning for vendors
    • Show: Saturday, December 7 2024 9 am - 4 pm
      • Please arrive and be ready to sell by 8:45 am on Saturday. We will be ready for vendors at 8 am.
      • Tear down will begin promptly at 4 pm.
  3. Parking: We are asking all vendors to park in the back lot on the corner of Jackson & 2nd North Street. We want to reserve the street parking closest to Rose Center for those shopping with us.
    • For set up on Friday, please feel free to pull into the driveway temporarily to drop off your items at your table.
  4. Food: We will have two food trucks available on-site
    • Food will be set up and ready at 11 am
  5. WIFI: Network: Rose Center Guests (No Password)
  6. Cancellation: Cancellation on or before November 15th, 2024- we will keep a $10 processing fee. No refunds or cancellations after 11/15/24
