K-World Expo and Music Festival is bringing a unique celebration of Korean Pop and Culture to Atlanta. With an estimated attendance of 6,000 in our first year, our goal is to become Atlanta's signature annual K-pop event. Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.

NOTICE: Approved vendors will see payments begin to be processed as of 11/6/24. Event details are now confirmed and vendors who will no longer meet eligible criteria have been notified. This listing is only intended for Vendors, Artists, and Businesses interested in maintaining a presence at K-World Expo. All details are subject to change.

Terms & Conditions

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting an application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

Artists and Makers will be notified on an ongoing basis as applications are reviewed and are charged upon acceptance.

 

Artist booth locations will be assigned. Exhibitor location preferences will be considered when assigning locations but cannot be guaranteed.

Prices

10x10 Booth $150.00 Non-refundable Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ each, with a maximum allowable height of 12 feet, and include two badges each for a fee of $150 per space. Vendor booths may consist of a maximum total of one spaces. Each booth space also includes one 6’ table and two chairs. Back wall pipe and drape is provided, but side wall pipe and drape is not supplied. Table linens will be provided.
