Food Vendor | $1,000 | Non-refundable | DO NOT APPLY AS A FOOD VENDOR UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY SBCC STAFF. Please fill out the form completely, including credit card information. Once you have submitted your completed application, you will be notified by email that it has been received. Your application is then reviewed by the committee and final determination of your acceptance will be sent via email. We will not allow food vendors that compete with Brick and Mortar stores at OWA. That includes, but is not limited to Mexican, Cinnamon Rolls, Pretzels, and Pizza. Food Vendors are only allowed to sell Coca-Cola refreshments and they must be purchased through Coca-Cola United with our representative. We will provided 30 amp and 50 amp power and infrastructure to have potable water is being put in now. |

- I understand I am required to operate during the following hours. May 12th 5pm-9pm, May 13th 11am-10pm and May 14th 11am-10pm.
- I understand that my location is to be assigned by the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Committee.
- I understand that a "no show/cancel" will result in being declined in all future South Baldwin Chamber and Foundation events.
- I understand that I am responsible for collecting and reporting Alabama & Baldwin County Sales Tax. SBCC will provide information and paperwork at check-in.
- I understand no refunds will be given to accepted vendors after April 1, or for weather, acts of god, civil disobedience, or any circumstance the SBCC deems out of its sole care, custody, or control.
