  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Setup and Breakdown:
  • Please note that early breakdowns are not permitted. All vendors must remain open until the event closes each day.

Vendor Terms and Conditions for Pop-Up at Thoroughbred Theatre & Wine Bar During the 50th Annual Midway Fall Festival

Welcome to the pop-up event at Thoroughbred Theatre & Wine Bar during the 50th Annual Midway Fall Festival! We’re excited to host you and appreciate your participation. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Hours:

• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

2. Setup and Breakdown:

• Vendors are required to set up during the designated setup times before the event begins.
• Early breakdowns are not permitted. All vendors must remain open and operational until the event closes each day.

3. Liability:

• Thoroughbred Theatre & Wine Bar is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vendor property. Vendors are responsible for securing their own items and ensuring the safety of their merchandise.

4. Space Allocation:

• Vendor spaces will be pre-assigned. Each vendor will be provided with some form of table. Please set up within your assigned area and adhere to the space guidelines provided.

5. Subletting:

• Vendors cannot sublet any portion of their space without prior permission from the event organizers. All vendors must personally occupy and operate their assigned space.

6. Conduct:

• Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.

7. Compliance:

• Vendors must comply with all local regulations and obtain any necessary permits. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure their products and operations meet legal requirements.

8. Equipment and Supplies:

• Vendors are responsible for their own display materials and additional supplies. Ensure your setup is tidy and does not obstruct walkways or affect neighboring vendors.

9. Waste Management:

• Vendors must clean their space and dispose of any waste generated during the event properly.

10. Changes and Cancellations:

• Any changes to vendor arrangements must be communicated to the event organizers promptly. Cancellations must be made in advance, and fees paid are non-refundable.
