Thank you for our interest in the 11th Annual Handmade Holiday Fest 2024!
This event will be hosted at our new home in historic downtown Covington, Ga on location at Lily & Sparrow Mercantile. Last years Street festival saw over a thousand shoppers flood the streets ready to get the perfect handmade holiday gifts.
WE ARE LOOKNG FOR:
Artisan Goods or Food Makers: ALL items need to be made/created by you.
Candles . Art . Woodworking . Teas/Herbals . Bath/Body . Jewlery . Glassware . Tumblers . Clothing . Toys . Books . Leather Goods . Home Decor . Christmas/Holiday Decorations . etc.
Food Vendors:
Tents . Trailors . Trucks are all welcome to apply. Spaces are limited.
Childrens Entertainment Companies:
Petting Zoo . Bounce House . Balloon Artists . Games etc.
Things to Note:
+There is an early bird price, so register today.
+Application deadline is Thursday October 31, 2024 at 11:59pm
+There is limited space per category to ensure exclusivity for vendors (candles, foods, soaps, jewelry, etc.)
+Vendors are approved by our organizers (AWAKE Communities) on a case by case basis. +Participation in prior events DOES NOT guarantee automatic acceptance.
+Fees are charged upon approval are non-refundable.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
+This is a family friendly event, all presentations must be tasteful and positive. Any vendor who is found to bring or display items that are not child friendly will be asked to leave. This includes products that promote drugs, violence, sexuality explict images or language, and/or the occult/witchcraft/gore or any other inapproriate items as deemed by the event orgaizers AWAKE Communities Int.
+This event is mostly outdoor, rain, cold, or shine. We encourage All participants wear weather appropraite clothing.
+ALL net proceeds from vendor fees are non refundable and considered a donation to ACI.
+ALL vednors are REQUIRED to have a fire extighusher and weigths at their tent for day of participations. (This is a local fire ordinace and will be enforced with an inspections by the fire dept. at the event)
+If the event is cancelled in whole or in part due to a Force Majeure Event, you will not be entitled to a refund. The event will then be rescheduled and you will automatically be approved for the future date/time.
+Any vendor who applies must provide valid payment information. If payment is declined after 2 attempts the organizers reserve the right to deny the vendor participation in this and future events.
+Prohibited items: These are items that may be used in a dangerous or threatening manner including but not limited to, firearms, knives or weapons of any description (and any other sharp items), glass bottles (please decant into other containers), illegal drugs, fireworks or explosives.
+To ensure the safety of all festival attendees, access to the event sites will be refused to, but not limited to, people who:
-are under the influence of illegal drugs or any other illegal substances
-are clearly suffering from alcohol or other substance intoxication -have been previously banned from festivals and/or other events by the organizer, the administration or legal authorities
-are demonstrating an intent to disturb the peace or to provoke someone else to do so -engage in fighting or any disruptive behavior
-resist the direction of and searches by the Festival’s security Lily & Sparrow Mercantile LLC (the event host location) and AWAKE Communities Int. (the event organizers) disclaim all responsibility from losses or damages to vendor property during this event. Furthermore both parties mentioned above disclaim all responsibility from losses or damage to any vehicle on or near the festival, including, without limitation, vehicles towed from the festival site.
