Terms & Conditions

Food vendors will be required to supply the Atlanta Pride Committee with proof of $1,000,000.00 liability insurance coverage. The Atlanta Pride Committee, Premier Events, LLC, Phoenix Concessions, LLC, and their affiliates are to be listed as the certificate holder and additional insured. Prices

10' x 10' Space $1,872 PAYMENT: This is a base fee paid in advance of the festival. The amount of $1,800 will be applied toward a 30% commission to the festival. All vendors MUST used an approved point of sale system and run ALL transactions through the system including cash sales. Vendors may rent a system provided by Premier events at a cost of 7% of credit card transactions which will cover our rental of the equipment and processor fees. 10 x 20 Tent $2,600 PAYMENT: This is a base fee paid in advance of the festival. The amount of $2,500 will be applied toward a 30% commission to the festival. Push Cart or single item vendor $832 PAYMENT: This is a base fee paid in advance of the festival. The amount of $800 will be applied toward a 30% commission to the festival. Exclusivity of a single item (upon approval) $520 PAYMENT: This is a flat fee paid in full in advance of the festival. Payment will be required within 1 week of approval. If payment is not received by Premier Events within 10 days of your approval, the invitation to be a vendor for this event will be rescinded. Preferred method of payment: Check or Credit card. Non- refundable processing fees have been included in the event fee. A $50 charge will be added for any returned checks. Please email Vending@premiereventslive.com with any questions
