The Lilburn Community Yard Sale is a great opportunity to repurpose unwanted items and find new treasures! Vendors typically sell pre-owned household items including furniture, clothing, tools, decorations, toys, and electronics. The event is held in the parking lot on 104 Railroad Ave. beside Lilburn City Park. In the event of inclement weather the event will be rescheduled to a future date. Due to COVID-19 all vendors and attendees are asked to practice CDC guidelines, including social distancing and wearing a mask. *event details are subject to change.

About the application

The Lilburn Community Yard Sale is an opportunity for vendors to sell unwanted household items and for shoppers to find new treasures. Please review the following statement of rules below.

Terms & Conditions

1. Spaces are assigned on a first come first served basis. A completed application and payment online must be received before your space will be confirmed. We will not be accepting any payments or applications at City Hall. 2. The space fee is $25 per space and will be charged upon approval of your application. Applications received after the deadline of September 10 will be charged $35 3. There is no refund due to inclement weather. The event date will be rescheduled. Please check the City of Lilburn website event listing for updates www.cityoflilburn.com and our Facebook page @CityOfLilburn. 4. Renters are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, and chairs. 5. All tents must be weighted down for safety. Tent stakes can not be used. 6. Each space is a standard parking space, which is approximately 9ft x 15ft. 7. Renters may reserve multiple spaces at $25 per space. 8. Check in may begin at 7 am the morning of the sale. 9. Renters must be checked in by 8 am. After 8 am any unclaimed booth spaces will be reassigned. 10. All vehicles must be removed from the sale area by 8:30 am and not allowed back in the sale area until 1pm. 11. After the event renters are responsible for cleaning up all items in their space and taking it with them. 12. NO selling of food, drink, or animals. 13. This sale is limited to private individuals. This is not a craft/artist market and no commercial vending is permitted. ATTENDEES ARE ASKED TO PRACTICE CDC GUIDELINES PERTAINING TO COVID-19, INCLUDING WEARING A MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCING. DUE TO COVID-19 EVENT DETAILS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

I understand that the event may be cancelled at any time deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Lilburn. The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury.
