About the application

Shepherdstown Street Fest is a one-day, outdoor, open air festival with arts, crafts, live music, kids' activities, food and fun for the whole family. Artisans will be placed on German Street, and Food Vendors will be placed on King Street behind the Library in the heart of historic Shepherdstown - the Oldest Town in West Virginia.Each applicant must complete his/her own application. Please carefully read the Official Rules and Regulations for food and/or artisan vendors. Space is limited and the application deadline is a strict June 1st. All applications are subject to jurying. SSF is looking for artisans who hand craft their work. Applicants who are looking for advertising space can do so through a sponsorship but not through a vendor application.

Terms & Conditions

Booths are not provided. Application & Booth fees are due at the time of application to lock in your space request. Payments from applicants who are accepted are deposited into an account. All applications are subject to jurying. SSF notifies you by email of acceptance or rejection of your application. **A PORTION OF GERMAN STREET IS ON AN INCLINE**Please add vendors@shepherdstownstreetfest.org and j.emmerich19@gmail.com as accepted emails.** As a safety precaution, vendors are not permitted to break down booths prior to 8:30PM, as the streets are still closed. Vehicles are not permitted on the street prior to 8:30PM, unless by the direction of the SSF organizers and Police Department. **** Acceptance of vendor applications and booth contents is based solely on the discretion of the Vendor Committee of Shepherdstown, WV Street Fest. Upon acceptance of the application, the vendor enters into a contract with the Shepherdstown, WV Street Fest; an information package will be emailed prior to the event.Artisans and Food Vendors exhibit at their own risk, and should carry appropriate insurance. Shepherdstown, WV Street Fest is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of any kind.
