**THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT**
This application is designed for politicians, political groups, and campaigns either currently serving in or seeking elected office to participate in the 2025 404 Day Parade.
A politician is defined as any individual or campaign elected to public office.
Examples of those who should complete this form include:
- City Council Members (incumbent or candidate)
- Local Sheriff Officers (incumbent or candidate)
- Judges / District Attorneys (incumbent or candidate)
- Senators / Congress Members (incumbent or candidate)
- Mayors or Governors (incumbent or candidate)
- Local, Regional, or State Officeholders (incumbent or candidate)
- Political Party Affiliates (e.g., Democratic/Republican Party of Atlanta)
Fees and Charges Please ensure you complete the correct form, as the $50 application fee is nonrefundable and will not be refunded if you complete the wrong application. If you have questions about which form to complete, please email hello@butteratl.com for assistance. Definitions
- Float - Any motorized vehicle that has a total of eighteen (18) feet or more as measured from the farthest front portion of the vehicle to the farthest back portion, including any trailers or attached decor. The price includes up to 100 pedestrian participants. Limited to a maximum of one (1) per parade entry.
- Standard Vehicle - Any motorized vehicle that has a total length of less than eighteen (18) feet as measured from the farthest front portion of the vehicle to the farthest back portion, including any trailers or attached decor. The price includes up to 50 pedestrian participants per vehicle. Limited to a maximum of three (3) per parade entry.
- Participant Add-on - An additional 50 participants for your entry. No regular parade entry may have a total of more than 150 total pedestrians.
Insurance Requirements All drivers must have a valid Driver's License, and all vehicles must have valid insurance as per Georgia Law.
IMPORTANT: NOTHING MAY BE THROWN BY PARADE PARTICIPANTS, INCLUDING FROM FLOATS, VEHICLES, OR WALKING GROUPS.

| Small Pedestrian Group | $200.00 | Non-refundable | This category is for groups with 50 participants or fewer, including those who walk, use wheelchairs, or other mobility assistance devices. |
| Large Pedestrian Group | $300.00 | Non-refundable | For groups with 51 to 100 participants. If your group exceeds 100 participants, please use the "Participant Add-On" option below. The maximum allowed participants for any organization is 200. This group includes walkers, wheelchair users, and those with other mobility devices. |
| Standard Vehicle | $300.00 | Non-refundable | For standard vehicle entries less than 18 feet long. Each organization is allowed a maximum of three vehicles. This entry includes a small pedestrian group of fewer than 50 participants. If your group exceeds 50 participants, use the "Participant Add-On" option below to add more participants (up to 200 per organization). |
| Float | $450.00 | Non-refundable | For float entries, including vehicles longer than 18 feet (including towed trailers). This entry includes a large pedestrian group of up to 100 participants. If your group exceeds 100 participants, use the "Participant Add-On" option below (up to 200 participants per organization). |
| Participant Add-On | $50.00 | Non-refundable | This option allows you to add 50 participants to an existing group. The maximum number of participants for any group is 200. Exceeding this limit will delay the approval of your application. |
